Being into fitness industry and as far as we conducted our observations , we’ve noticed that more than 70-80% of the supplements sold in India are fake and for any customer, figuring out the product’s authenticity is next to impossible and this implies especially for beginners. Hence, we came out in the market with a neat idea of promoting authenticity and delivering the same along with the education to our customers. As a part of the education, we wish to convey that we deliver the products which are imported by authorized importers only and that is how we make sure that, “we deliver what is authentic “.
OUR RESEARCH AND EXPERIENCE
We analyzed the market and performed some critical researches and being one of our experiments we asked different retailers to help us with the authentic products and we were advised that all the products are authentic as a general statement. When we dived deep, we realized the motto of the communication was to crack a sale not to deliver authenticity, however we kept our research on and got to know that there is always an authenticity tag from official importers only and we went to several online websites but finding out the authenticity tags was the most difficult to do and a goof up was noticed that they were claimed as authentic without any importers tag. We felt saddened and developed this idea to deliver the products imported by authorized importers with importer’s tag and hologram on every single product to make sure that “we deliver what is right, what is authentic”.
